You can only take a snapshot of your identity. From moment to moment it changes, solidifies, is challenged, and changes again. Culturally bound labels and words you use to define yourself may fit your self-concept, or did at some point. Identity can be influenced by adjustments to life's changes, close relationships, family roles, occupations, gender, and so much more.

Uncertainty about yourself or your ability can lead to chronic anxiety and persistent depression. I facilitate the recognition of core beliefs and challenge those that are out of date or unsupportive of the person you aspire to be.  What else can you achieve if you accept yourself and your ever-changing identity? I collaborate with clients and use various inventories to identify strengths, values, and interests to find confidence and create a stronger sense of self.
