I believe the broad subject of sexuality is influenced by biology, culture, messages about gender, attraction, an ever-changing system of personal beliefs, and much more.  Where do we learn about sexuality and healthy relationships? Some messages about these topics may prevent self-acceptance and mistakenly make us feel naive for asking questions.

You may wish to know more about yourself, your sexuality, or how it influences your interactions with other people. Intimate relationships are fluid, dynamic, and, simply put, difficult at times. Whether you are building, re-building, maintaining, or losing a relationship; your relationships can significantly affect your worldview.

I specialize in healthy communication about sexuality, healthy relationships, gender identity, sexual health, and sexual dysfunction. My past experiences have helped give me a systemic understanding of marginalized populations, including people living with HIV/AIDS, transgender/non-conforming*, intersex, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, and polyamorous relationships. I am also kink friendly and informed.
